TWI (Training Within Industry):
this approach gives meaning to process documentation and training (including our tools) by highlighting the Key Points of a process and systematically associating Reasons.

Direct teaching:
this Canadian approach from the 70s developed in a pedagogical context (teaching with children) that we have adapted to the andragogical context (teaching with adults).
